Cobb Salad

3 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Vinaigrette:

1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Make vinaigrette by combining dressing ingredients in tightly covered container. Shake vigorously and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl and serve with vinaigrette.
