1/2 lb. deli roast beef
1 bunch of fresh watercress (can be found near lettuce at grocery store)
1/4 lb. sliced provolone cheese
Sliced red pepper
Sliced tomatoes or sundried tomatoes
Fresh ground pepper
Italian Panini Bread or Round Bread Loaf
Horseradish mayonnaise (see below)
Spread slices of panini bread with horseradish mayo. Top with meats, veggies, fresh ground pepper. Top with cheese to keep ingredients together. Place other piece of bread on top and place on hot panini grill. Close lid and grill until golden brown.
Horseradish Mayonnaise:
2 TB mayonnaise
2 TB sour cream
1/2 clove garlic, chopped roughly
2 tsp horseradish (depending on how hot you want it)
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in blender or cuisinart. Blend until smooth.
