Sweet and Sour Meatballs
3 lbs. lean ground beef
3 eggs
1 TB diced dehydrated onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bring at least a four quart pot of water to a boil. Blend meat mixture thoroughly. Hand roll meat into small balls and drop into water. Reduce heat to medium-lo and simmer meatballs for about 15 minutes.
Sauce:
1 bottl Chili Sauce
1 can cranberry sauce, whole or jellied
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 tsp dehydrated onion
Mix above sauce ingredients together in medium saucepan. Stir while heating mixture until well blended. It will change color and consistency when ready.
Drain meatballs from water and put in a casserole or slow cooker. Add sauce and simmer for a few hours.
These meatballs are best if made the day before and reheated when ready to use.
