June 29, 2008 - Firefighters from Sandwich, Little-Rock Fox, Newark, and Somonauk battled heat and humindity one night of a attic fire in a 3 apartment building. The fire was under control within 25 minutes of first initial arrival. Apartments were not able to be stayed in but all residences had alternative places to stay. The fire was still under investigation.
