London Mills Flag Raising

On Saturday August 19th London Mills Fire Protection District held their annual community fun day. The London Mills Fire Department began the day with their traditional flag raising ceremony and singing of the national anthem. The day consisted of a soft ball tournament, a duck race, mud volley ball tournament, a garden tractor pull, a fish fry, an auction and ending with a band for entertainment. It was a long day but a great fund raiser for the fire department. The flag rising set the tone for a great day.
